I am Dr. Bonnie Simpson Mason,

a physician educator, strategist and coach.

(This is me reinvented following an early retirement from orthopaedic surgery due to a diagnosis of RA as a chief resident years ago.)

I guide my (overwhelmed, frustrated) physician colleagues successfully negotiate for the lives we deserve through our intensive courses and coaching programs on contracts, business and work-life integration, “the things we didn’t learn in medical school’ so that we can take control of our lives and our careers
